The hammam is a unique and pleasant way to give ourselves relaxation,

rest and relief from muscle pain and intense stress.

The temperature of the Hammam varies between 43°C and 46°C, it causes sweating due to the increase

of the temperature which is beneficial both for the skin and for our body due to the significant elimination of toxins.

Heat stimulates blood flow and cleanses the skin, opening pores and removing dead cells

making the skin softer, smoother and healthier.
