SAUNA

 

Saunas have been popular for thousands of years.

It helps to relax and has many health benefits.

Sweating is a form of healing for both body and spirit.

One of the most important advantages offered by saunas is the way of relaxation in which they

help to cope with problems of anxiety, stress, etc.

Usually, the average temperature in a sauna is between 70 and 100 degrees Celsius.

The traditional Finnish sauna is dry, its humidity is between 10 and 20%. Other types of saunas

have higher humidity. . The body begins to sweat as soon as the temperature rises.

There are a few types of sauna, depending on how the room is heated: Timber:

Wood is used in saunas that tend to be less humid and with a higher temperature.

Electric: The conditions are similar to saunas heated with timber.

The only difference is that the room is heated by an electric furnace.

Infrared sauna: This is a little different. Special lamps use light waves to heat the body, not the room.

The temperature is about 60 degrees Celsius, which is a little lower than a normal sauna.
